Role:- Cyclewise Training Admin A.k.a (The real boss!!)
Sue looks after the administration of Cyclewise and is the friendly voice on the end of the phone and the one who will most likely reply to your e-mails while everyone else is out playing working.

Name:- Sean Rosser
Role:- Cyclewise Whinlatter Shop Manager , TCL & MBL Qualified, Cytech Level 3 Mechanic
Australian born but now a fully fledged pomme, Sean brings a wealth of knowledge from the biking industry. He has 5 years' experience of working with Biketreks and more recently 2 years working with Evans as workshop manager. When not on the trail he can be found on his road bike competing in events like Fred Whitton or the famous Paris-Roubaix. As a qualified level 3 Cytech mechanic his mechanical knowledge is unsurpassed.

Name:- Joe Krejbich
Role:- Bikeshop Joe ,BA Hons Outdoor Education, TCL & MBL Qualified, British Cycling Level 2 MTB Coach, Cytech Level 2 Mechanic , Bikeability Instructor.
BSJ has had a meteoric rise with Team Cyclewise. Whilst "studying" for his degree Joe worked weekends as our main bikewasher, now after 2 years working with us in a variety of roles Joe is now working full time for Cyclewise. An all-round great guy and top rider (finished 2nd in Fort Bill Enduro on a hardtail!!!) Joe is one to watch and we are delighted to have him on board.

Role:- Cyclewise Whinlatter Admin
Debbie wears a few hats for Cyclewise - namely doing the book keeping and helping out with the marketing. She is also the 'team' massage therapist, having trained in Hawaii after leaving her job as a journalist at Wapping and has a never-ending supply of Cyclewise bodies to work on!!! Together with Sue, Debbie brings some much-needed 'Girl Power' to Cyclewise!

Dave has worked all over the world and joined us having recently worked in Hawaii to manage our Corporate and Junior programmes. He has a fantastic depth of knowledge of the biking industry and an enthusiasm to match. Dave is also a great coach and an all-round nice guy. It's great to have him on the team.

Irish born Nick is Mr Outdoors. He has worked in many of the Lakeland Outdoor Centres such as Brathay Hall and more recently YMCA Lakeside where he developed a reputation for delivering high quality enthusiastic coaching sessions. He has specialized for the last 2 years in the biking industry and is continuing to enhance his reputation as one of Cyclewise's top guides / coaches.

Name :-Graham Beaumont
Role:- MTB Guide, TCL qualified, MBL Trained, Bikeability Instructor, Cytech Level 2 Mechanic.
Having spent many years working in a bike shop, Graham decided (luckily for us) that he would like to spend more time working outdoors and having already been on one of our TCL courses we could see his potential as a great coach. A very enthusiastic and encouraging coach, Graham is certainly one to watch and his colourful character is always matched by his "blinged up" bikes.

Scott has been a keen cyclist for the past 15yrs. He has completed 4 c2c rides and several long endurance rides. Scott recently came 12th in the Total Warrior endurance race. Scott graduated with a BA (hons) in Outdoor Studies and has for the past 5 years been specialising in the mountain bike industry working with Cyclewise. He is a talented rider with a coaching background to match.

Role:- HND Leisure Management, Bikeability Instructor, TCL Qualified, Level 4 Canoe Coach, Level 4 Kayak Coach, ML Assessed, MIA trained.
Steve has delivered Bikeability training for us over the past 4 years. A very competent and capable pair of hands, Steve is a first class trainer and always delivers to extremely high standards. Steve is also a highly qualified Outdoor Instructor.

Role:- BA Hons Outdoor Leadership, MBL & TCL Qualified, Bikeability Instructor, SPA, ML Trained.
Charley has been with us for the last 3 years and is one of our Bikeability Instructors. Charley practically lives on a bike, also working as a guide on Lands End to John O'Groats rides and many overseas biking holidays. Charley also works as an Outdoor Instructor and his wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm is a great asset to Cyclewise.

Role:- TCL Trainee Tutor, TCL & MBL Qualified, Senior MTB Guide, Bikeability Instructor.
Ben also runs his own outdoor company and is a top class coach in many outdoor disciplines. He is working towards his SMBLA tutorship with Cyclewise to deliver TCL & MBL courses. To say we are excited about working with Ben and all he brings to us is a huge understatement. His coaching is amongst the best we've seen and can't wait to see where the future takes us.

Name:- Giles Howard
Role:- MTB Guide,TCL & MBL qualified, Cytech Level 2 Mechanic.
One of our long-time friends, Giles is now spending more and more time guiding and doing photo shoots for Altura than he spends with us his mates. Giles has over 20 years of MTB experience and regularly competes for team Cyclewise Altura. His local knowledge is awesome and he always knows the right trail to be on. A most trustworthy friend, we are stoked about having him on board. You will often find him loitering in the Cyclewise Shop along with his sidekick Gill! (and now his 2 new additions Hamish and Morven - definitely Cyclewise Altura team members of the future)
