  • Course Description

The suspension service course is designed for those who wish to have a better understanding of how their suspension system works and how to service their own forks and rear shocks.

As most riders know, our forks and rear shocks require regular servicing at set intervals. Unfortunately this tends not to happen and consequently can cause damage to your shock and to your wallet!

On this course using your own forks and rear shock, you will be shown how to separate the fork, clean it, and then replace the appropriate parts and refill the oil to the correct weight and volume. You will also, where applicable, strip, clean, re-grease, re-lube, and re-assemble the air leg of the fork. With regards the rear shock, this is a little easier. We will open up the air can, remove all of the seals, clean, then replace with new seals, re-lube and re-assemble.

    Whats included:
    All tools
    Fork seals
Shock seals (replacement shock bushes not included but are available and can be fitted)

    What you need to bring:

Your fork and Shock (with or without bike)
